I trusted the Sales Personnel when I bought this house and I got cheated. They
hope you don't complain & if you do they'll make you wait and suffer. When repairing the defects, they will send the unskilled
workers. Even complaining is a hassle. Most house buyers suffer in silence. A collection of photos will here &

day Maintenance supervisor will say one thing, the Maintenence Manager will say another, the project manager another
then the best thing is .....the QS Personnel will have the last say after consulting with the sub-contractor???? Why
are they protecting the sub-contractor when they know the sub-contractor did a bad job in that project??? The developer actually
do not loose money when they repair a bad job done by a sub-con. Developer just deduct the money from the sub-contractor!
Even my front door don't open properly. It's stuck. Some door frame are totally out of shape. What is going on??? Basically
this Medium cost double storey housing project is a low cost project. Tiles in this project are the same quality in the
low cost apartments. Is this project low enough. They changed some management recently but to my surprise there is no
improvement from the last management.
